DELIVERY

Pembridge Lane is proud to offer Free Sydney Metro delivery on most of our pieces. If the item qualifies then this will be stated on the product page. If you are located in Regional NSW or Interstate, then a flat rate will be calculated at checkout.

There are however a few items that we aren’t able to do this for, so the delivery of these pieces will be priced based on their size and your location. On items where delivery is not included then this will be stated on the product page. You are welcome to email us for a quote prior to purchase, otherwise this will be provided to you after purchase and before fulfilment. If you are local to the Sydney area and the item is a manageable size then I may be able to deliver the item to you.

Delivery of large or fragile items that require a removal service is quoted based on the item and delivery location. It is recommended that you obtain a quote before purchasing the item so you can work this into your overall cost.

I aim to dispatch items within 3 business days of the order being placed (subject to stock availability). For larger items that require a courier, this may take little longer due to their delivery schedule.

 For international shipping, please send me an email to info@pembridgelane.com.au for an estimate. Please keep in mind that it may not be feasible to send larger pieces, but we are more than happy to send smaller items.

If the item is bespoke or made to order (such as upholstered pieces, cushions & bespoke items) then these have their own lead times, so please send me an email for further information.  

For larger items, we ask that prior to delivery you are certain that the item will fit into your chosen room and also ensure doorways and hallways en route are wide enough for it to pass through.

Also, in cases where orders contain a mixture of furniture and accessories, they are likely to be dispatched separately, but you will only be asked to pay for the courier delivery service.

RETURNS

Our 14-day returns process grants you the time to make up your mind as I want you to be truly content and confident in your purchase.

If during this time you decide to return your item, please send an email to info@pembridgelane.com.au and we will happily offer an exchange or store credit. Unfortunately we aren’t able to offer free returns, so the postage fee will need to be covered by you, or deduced from the credit or exchange.

For furniture returns, we send our courier back to your home address to collect the items, for which there is an agreed fee.

We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website including a high level of detail, noting any defects appropriate with age and use. In the unlikely event that any of our items have a major fault or if they don’t match up to the description of goods purchased, we will offer a refund, repair, exchange or store credit. Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the item.

HOLDS

Sometimes you need a little longer to decide on a piece and there is nothing worse than missing out! We can offer a hold on an item to give you the time to consider your purchase - In most cases we can hold a piece for 5 days. There are however a few items that we aren’t able to hold due to their popularity. If you would like to request a hold then please send an email to info@pembridgelane.com.au
